About this Style
Our 512™ Slim Taper sits at the sweet spot between a skinny and a regular taper. These jeans are part of our most versatile family of fits and are a go-to for every occasion. As you probably guessed from the name, they feature a slim fit through the thigh that tapers down to the ankle. The end result? A seemingly tailor-made pair of jeans you can style any which way.

Softer and quality made jeans

I would absolutely recommend these jeans. The fit of this model were perfect for me and softer than other styles. These also seem to be made of better quality than the 501s (this has a leather back patch vs paper) purchased earlier this year. Also the color and fade on these jeans were great too as it goes with many wardrobe choices. I will probably end up getting another pair.

Great fit, massive upgrade over standard Levi’s

I have standard Levi’s and these selvedge fit exactly the same. No need to size up like most selvedge brands. The denim weight isn’t listed, I would say it’s between 11 and 12 oz and are much more forgiving than typical selvedge like Iron Heart, Samurai or even Naked and Famous. There’s a hint of stretch that helps with the wearability and mobility.
If you’re new to selvedge or veteran, these are a great addition to your arsenal. The 512 cut is hard to beat for my slim body type.

New favorite pair of jeans

I got the light wash. Love 512's, hate that they are just a little bit not right most of the time either in fit or feel of the denim. These however did not disappoint, they have that little bit extra, a perfect fit and that extra bit of comfort that easily made these my new favorite pair of jeans. The selvedge denim definitely gives the normal 512 that extra bit of comfort they needed to be perfect IMHO. Just grabbed a pair in black while they are still on sale. Wish they had more washes

Goede service, netjes op tijd geleverd en is van goede kwaliteit. Ik dacht altijd dat Levi’s duur was, maar is helemaal niet zo. Dit model (512) zit als gegoten. De afgelopen tijd zo’n beetje alle kleuren gekocht in de winkel of via het web.

Great fit, not too tight for bigger legs and butt while standing but if you do have a relatively big butt, then I suggest going up a size or two in width because any move other than standing will put your crack on display..

The do NOT run small or shrink

Dont listen to the reviews saying that this denim runs small or shrinks. Its true to size and will not shrink. Quality and look is great but now im stuck with jeans that do not fit and will sag. Will have to donate them.

This levis jeans fits ok. The materials feel nice and soft and thin. Hopefully will lasts longer and will be durable. Style is good. Sizing needs some improvements, runs loose. I like the color blend.

Runs too small and tight. Tried to exchange/return but per Glendale Galleria store they can’t do it. No assistance after. So will just give it away.

Honestly, this is the last time I ever buy a pair of Levis. I own four different pairs of 512s, and every single one of them fits differently. I figured since this selvedge model is "premium", the quality control would be better. This pair is absolutely MASSIVE and gives me insane diaper booty. Im so tired of the cut/style numbers meaning absolutely nothing, because four pairs of 512s will fit four different ways. I only have one pair that actually fits well. I'm going to throw this pair away. That's how awful it is. I promise you, I will never buy another pair of Levis again.

Been weeks since I ordered some jeans and I still have not received them. When I contacted the chat I was informed I had to submit a claim. When I spoke with a customer representative I was informed that the product was in process and the order could not be canceled. After a few more questions I was told they were not in stock but the order still could not be cancelled. Instead I have to wait to receive the jeans whenever that may be. It has been so long since they were ordered that I no longer have need them. Bad policy and worse service.

Waaaay too tight. When it says it tapers it means to an inch! Stretch? Maybe but was so tight I could barely fit over my legs. I didn’t try to button, I was done early.
