jeans arrived damaged

Jeans arrived with tear marks from what appears to be a knife or sharp blade that cut through the plastic bag they were in. Levi's is supposed to send me a return label but I have not received. Please send.

Haben vor drei Jahren zwei 502 Jeans gekauft, die eine ist in der Waschmaschine im Pflegewaschgang gerissen und man sieht, dass sie an einigen Stellen wellig ist, was auf eine schlechte Elasthanqualität schließen lässt. Die zweite ist an derselben Stelle kurz davor, auch zu reissen.
Kundenservice nicht kulant. Wir kaufen jetzt woanders.
