I work in the Building/Construction sector and buy various tools/materials online but shopping for clothing's always made me hesitate. 'Will I get the product I REALLY want?' 'Am I going to be stuck with something I don't like?' 'How difficult will returning an item be?' 'Will I be refunded within a reasonable amount of time?' Living out in the sticks and working long hours meant the chances of getting into the city to buy some decent jeans wasn't going to happen soon so I thought let's give Levis online store a try. Great service, free deliveries and returns, refunds where I needed them - promptly, I genuinely have been impressed by their service from ordering to receipt. I've made 3 orders so far, returned a couple of items, and the whole experience has left me really impressed. I can only hope they keep up the excellent work.

Not purchased Levi's in over years and have bought 2 pairs now within a few weeks. They haven't changed in years , pity I can't say that about the rest of the world ! Great fit, great quality and I'm sure they will be with me for a long time 🙂
