Really nice jeans. Very well made and seem to be a better material than non selvedge versions. I had to size up from a 32 to a 33 waist and went for a 34 leg so I can turn them up and keep a good length. I wasn’t sure they would be worth the extra money over a standard pair of 511s but they are.

Selvedge is the biggest and best advancement in denim technology in decades. Selvedge jeans are amazingly comfortable and look great. Yes they are more expensive than standard jeans but Levi's take Selvedge is very affordable and they still look fantastic. I have lots of older jeans but I don't know when I'll ever wear them.

I just got my Levi’s 511 Slim Fit Selvedge Jeans, and I’m really impressed so far. Right out of the box, the denim feels sturdy and high-quality—definitely a step above my regular jeans. The slim fit is flattering without feeling too tight, and I love the modern taper through the leg. The selvedge detail adds a nice touch, making them look premium even with casual shoes.
They are a little stiff at first, but that’s expected with selvedge denim, and I can tell they’ll soften and break in nicely with wear. Pockets are a bit snug, but manageable. Overall, these jeans feel like they were made to last and will look even better as they age. Super happy with this purchase!

These are so comfortable. They fit true to size. The slim fit style looks so great. You can tell that these are a pair of jeans that are going to last for a very long time. I cannot recommend these enough.
