The service I got was excellent - great price - prompt shipping, etc. But, I had to return the jeans I bought because they seemed like they were 36" waist - not the 34" I usually take. They were tagged as 34" but I could actually put them on without undoing the waist button! In any event, I went online and printed off the return slip and dropped them off at a Kohls store a few miles away and got my credit card credited in a timely manner.

Levi's are the only denim that has ever fit me well since my youth and I have tried many other brands over the last 60 years. I have enjoyed some of the sales, especially when the cost drops with the purchase of more pairs; or they run the $20 per pair sale. 559 work well with the different color styles and I can wear them with sneakers or with my motorcycle leather riding boots. Wearing Levi's are as much an American icon as baseball, apple pie, and Harley Davidson.
