These are the only jeans my husband will wear and I love them too. I always buy the light wash, they look like the perfect, classic, vintage Levi’s. The straight leg is always in style. He is long and lean so baggier jeans don’t look right in him. He is in his 40s so these work for all ages. He wears with tennis shoes, slip on hey dudes, boots, sandals, these really are so versatile.

I think the weight of the material is less than years ago. I had 2 pair of "527's" that ripped out at the crotch where the denim is too thick to sew (without breaking a needle). Another pair ripped prematurely on the side where the stitching wasn't quite right. But these jeans fit me nicely, so I keep buying them.
