Not a skort

Says it’s a skort but it’s not. Was so disappointed when it arrived and realized it’s a skirt with no shorts. Also runs incredibly large. Bought a 4 for my petite4.5 year old and it’s not only too big for her but doesn’t even fit her 6 year old sister. Poor item description and way too big. Was final sale so unable to return.
