After the '70s, things got a bit more relaxed, including jeans. Our 550™ Relaxed fit, a comfortable classic introduced in 1985, features extra room throughout with a slight, tailor-like taper at the leg.

While I prefer the 501's, 550's are a great option as well. The relaxed fit did seem a bit roomy for my taste.
