I bought this belt fairly recently, and it is exactly as pictured. It is not as heavy duty/ high quality as it should be given the price, but I got it on sale. I have small hips, so it's hard to find belts that really fit. I bought it in a XS and it fits perfectly.

Only for high waisted jeans

This belt is much higher quality than I expected. I followed the size chart to a t and it's just WAY too small - it must be designed for very high waisted jeans so it's too small. I would have returned it for a size up but needed a brown belt so I had to put another hole in it, kind of ruins the look.
