This is the best pair of pants I've bought (understandable given the price). I enjoy wearing it at home as much as outdoors. Its soft texture and loose legs make it feels like pajamas. A nice thief-proof feature: there is a smaller pocket with zip inside the right larger pocket. It's just big enough for my iPhone SE (2020) and might be too small for larger phones.

Although I had to return the pants I ordered because the pants legs were too loose fitting on my skinny frame, I wanted to post a review to let others know these climbing pants are top quality pants. I ordered the XS and it fit my 28”/29” waist, 30” inseam frame everywhere except the pants legs where I need a tapered fit. If you have a 30” waist, I would recommend the next size up. As it states in the product description, the Japanese towel denim does indeed feel like terry cloth. Easily the most comfortable pants I have worn. These pants have 2 front pockets and alongside the right front pocket is a small zipper pocket to secure items such as keys. There are 2 rear pockets. These pants have an integrated belt with a zipper fly and a button fastener at the waist, ankle ties, and what I call a locker loop sewn on the inside rear waist so you can hang these pants on a locker hook. On the tag it states: climbing pant, a mid-rise fit with a drop crotch and a straight leg. If you like pants with a gusset crotch, you will like these pants, also.
