The Levi’s® Vintage Clothing Spring/Summer 2021 collection channels the aesthetic and energy of the generation that birthed modern rave culture: the 1980s Manchester acid house scene. With vintage graphics, looser fits and the bold colors that defined the bygone era, this collection transports you back to the '80s and onto the dance floor of the Haçienda, the iconic nightclub that served as epicenter of the Manchester music scene.

This archival 1955 501® jean pays tribute to the ultimate thrill-seekers of the 1950s: bikers. A distinct “anti-fit” — a slightly looser cut that stands in opposition to slimmer and skinnier styles in the seat — sets this style apart. It also features a slightly fuller cut around the leg and an overall boxier silhouette. This version of the 501® still retains some classic features of its 1947 predecessor: belt loops as the only method of waist adjustment, hidden copper rivets on the back pockets, and a zinc button fly.

We loved these vintage paint-splattered mid-wash jeans we found so much we had to recreate them. The paint splatters have been reimagined in delicate embroidery in an '80-inspired color palette to make this pair extra special.
