Pay attention to sizing

I have a 23” waist and bought the size 23 shorts. I usually check size charts diligently, but somehow I missed it this time. Size 23 actually corresponds to a 24.25” waist according to the size chart. So if you have a smaller waist like me, the smallest size will be too loose. Sadly, I have to return these as there’s too much room in the waist. I wish Levi’s would do away with vanity sizing and produce actual 23s! Other than that, the shorts are well made, and the fit is as described.

I love them!! I got the black in a 28. I wanted them a bit looser in the thigh, but they are more straight cut. Still cute and comfy and not too long or too short.
