I ordered a size S and had to exchange it for an XS. I have wide hips and even the S was too big. For reference: Height 5.5, hips 40in, weight 136 pounds. The photo with the yellow circle shows a little loose in the XS and in the S it was much looser. But it's a matter of taste. I prefer a tighter fit.
