I bought this jacket in size XS (which is my usual size) and I am very glad I didn't listen to the reviews that said this jacket runs very small. In my opinion, it runs true to size. I have a narrow frame, cup A bra size, so for me this jacket is just the right width in the shoulders and chest. If I had sized up, the shoulders would have been too wide. I can't imagine something with wide sagging shoulders looking attractive. So j say get your usual size (as long as you're honest with yourself about your size). Don't worry about layering. This jacket is so warm, you won't need to layer. I'm thinking, I'll be wearing it in winter, it's so cosy. The quality is good, very soft suede. The softness of the fabric makes for a less boxy look than the denim trucker jacket i bought from levi's. This was an expensive purchase (given that the lining is synthetic sherpa and not sheepskin), but on sale, I can justify the price.

This jacket is so soft and will be fun to wear in cooler months . Size up runs small .

This is a wonderful jacket. Fit is slim, and it took some time for the jacket to conform to my shape, but it looks great and the suede is beautiful. Fit reminds me of how these jackets originally fit back in the day. I ordered a medium based on size recommendations, but I could have done with a large if I wanted to wear more than a light sweater under it. Have had many compliments.
