I love it! So cute & comfy. I haven’t worn it yet but feels warm. I’m 5’9 & 145 pounds and got a large. I initially tried on in store because all they had was a large.The fit works well & isnt too oversized but might exchange for a medium if I decide I like that fit better. Either way it is true to size.

Do not order

Ordered a brown medium and received a small black. After speaking to customer service, they are aware this is a COMMON issue as there is a “labeling issue”. The only option they offer is to return item for refund. So if you need the item for any event or are on a timeframe (like i was)DO NOT BUY, save your money or order somehere else.

I placed an order and received an email canceling it because the item was out of stock. Now I see the same item listed again in all sizes. I also noticed other customers had the same issue. Could you please explain what is going on?
