This jeans turned out to be not what I expected at all. I also couldn't squeeze myself into them. I have several pairs of different styles in 27-28 and ordered 28 for these ones -- I couldn't even zip them.

Worst customer service

The jeans are quality and so so cute. However, as other reviews have stated, they do run smaller than the typical 501 original fit. There is currently a glitch in exchanging or returning via the app, so I have been going back and forth with customer service for days trying to exchange for a size that is available online, with absolutely no help from Levis. So disappointed.

Awful customer service.

Was told I couldn't return these because the tags which were poorly fixed fell off when I tried them on. They were 31 L not 30 L as advertised. I was advised to write in an email when I queried this ridiculous returns policy to which I was ignored and never received a reply. Atrocious returns policy and really shocking customer service. Really disappointing as I love levis jeans but being ignored when sending a simple query is incredibly rude and has put me off ever wanting to order again. I am now stuck with a pair of jeans that don't fit and I will have to pay to get tailored. Really frustrating.
