Flattering fit, stunning velvet fabric, comfy to wear - love them! I get compliments every time I wear them. Shame you only do the one colour - velvet is brilliant for winter I would love a pair in olive green/midnight blue/charcoal/burnt orange... :-)

Splurged on these and they are AWESOME! The fabric is substantial and the color is exquisite (think burgundy with notes of garnet and ruby). Extremely well made and versatile (I wear them down tucked into ankle boots and cropped with ballet flats). However, these are NOT leggings; they are a Skinny fit pant so there is very little stretch. They do run a wee bit small so size up at least 1 size per the other reviews. I measure a 26 waist but ordered the 27 and they fit perfectly. Shipping could have been faster though (tsk tsk FEDEX) as I waited 12 days from order placement to delivery and actually received the "Happy with your purchase?" email from Levi's BEFORE I got these pants...lol.

Order one size up. Good thing I read the reviews and ordered two, my true size and one up. The bigger size fit good, still a little bit snug but I know it will stretch during wear.

Heel blij met deze broek. Mooie rode kleur met een velvet look. De broek vormt heel goed om je lichaam. Valt wel klein, dus een maatje groter bestellen.

I love the deep, soft burgundy color - it is almost a "neutral" red and goes with many tops. The velvet looks expensive and feels soft. However, the jeans feel quite stiff and have very little stretch. I first ordered my usual size 27 which always did fit for the 721. I could barely get it on and buttoned - looked very unflattering. I measured the waist and it was only 26". Because I like the jeans I ordered them again in 28". They went on a bit easier but still did not feel loser at the waist. Took them off, measured them...still only inches at the waist! I think they were only a bit looser at the hips maybe, but the waist size definitely did not have increased. I would advise to order them 1 size or 2 sizes up and hope for the best. Ideally get them in the store. Otherwise they are really a great addition to you wardrobe. They can be dressed up and down. Substracting one star only due to the sizing issue. I think I keep the 28 and try to stretch them out in the waist area. If I go up another size they would probably be too loose in other places.
