This is probably one of the best rugby shirts I’ve ever put on. Rival to the long sleeve Tommy with the long sleeves fersheur. Heavy fabric construction that I love. Hideaway buttons. This is a well-made staple piece. Classy.

My order was cancelled and refund issued with no explanation given. I had looked for a long time to find this style and color as a holiday gift, so this was disappointing. When I returned to the website it was no longer available in any size. So I’m guessing it was an item that wasn’t removed from the online store when inventory depleted. But I can deal with that. What seems oddly out of touch is to request a review. Seriously? So the item never arrived. I can’t speak to its quality. But I can say customer service, order/shipping process and marketing are grossly unprofessional. I expect more from a brand like Levi’s

I’m really disappointed with this Levi’s rugby shirt. On both of the ones I purchased, the buttonholes split the first time I tried to button them up. For the price, I expected much better quality. Clearly a design or stitching issue — won’t be buying again
