Let me first say that the Levi 502 fits me perfectly. I like what they did to this jean: the gusseted crotch, the missing patch, the degree of taper of the lower legs, but I wish they would do the same with the final seat dimensions of a 502. With the added gusset material, the rise is a bit longer, and the crotch hangs a bit lower. Looks cooler with untucked shirt. Also there are two seams in the rear that go from the waistline and disappear underneath the back pockets which will flatten any room for glutes--okay if you have a flat butt. I undid these stitches to give my backside a little room. The thighs have pretty good room and the lower legs taper quite a bit and hug my lower legs and ankles. I like the wash of these jeans. I've worn these all weekend. Another great jean from Levis. I always appreciate the consistent topshelf quality of Levis.
