Bought my first Levi Corduroys in 1976 and fell in love with them! The best feeling and fitting pants ever made! I had numerous colors thankfully being my brother would always borrow mine constantly! So I bought him several pairs too! Maybe I will get several pairs for Christmas!

My boryfriend bought these in the woods print and loved them. They fit him perfectly, so we got him a black pair. Super comfy and true to size!

It has been many years since I've owned or worn Levi's and these 502 corduroy pants are my new found favorite pants. I liked the 514 pants but the taper leg of the 502 works so much better for my life, look, & style. They are comfy, a little stretch but overall a total win! LOVE LOVE LOVE these cords.

The fit is fantastic, nicely tapered. Not too much and not too little. The right amount. Plus the picture is accurate to the color of the pant. will be wearing these nonstop

----First, the good (looks): Both the Black Caviar and Monks Robe Brown look awesome. Black is mellow and more complex than a plain black, looks friendly yet put together. Brown is rich and nuanced, cheerful yet grounded. Both colors match their last photo reasonably well (where they appear without a model), though they have more depth and are a smidge darker in reality. I like the way they cut the legs - tapered but not too tight, looks good but not trying too hard. And the rise isn't too low. Hard to find pants with these two qualities combined, so I m glad to have found 502s. ----Second, the Bad (sizing): They are not sized as labeled. Normally Levis 502 are as labeled, so 34W=34" waistband. (At least from what I can tell researching on eBay.) I ordered 3 pairs in 34: 34x34 Brown, 34x34 Black, 34x32 Black. The Brown actually measure 37x33.25, the Black measure 36.5 x 33.25, and 36.25 x 31.25. Assuming that -1 on size = -1" in waistband, a 32 would measure ~34". So I've ordered them in 32 and 33 (in case the size jump is bigger than 1"), and will re-review when those arrive for fit. It's hard to review the comfort/fit of the pants until I have the right size. The legs being .75" shorter than listed is significant, because one reviewer mentioned the length shrank by 1" in the wash. This means a 32 would become 30.25". So based on that I would suggest if you want 30, order 32, and if you want 32, order 34. Personally, I like how the 34 look - they stack a bit and give some shape to the front of the calf. When I tried the 32, it hangs more freely, making the calves appear wider and more square. (I have an inseam of about 30", for reference) The corduroy has some stiffness to it, so it forms bends in the lower leg and ankle, rather than simply drooping onto the shoe. This may be less the case as they age, but my sense is it's a property of the fabric.

I really love the way the pants feel and fit. The only problem is it’s darker in person than in photo but still a nice essential to have in my closet

Wish there was a 33 length. I preferred my cords in the 514 model. These will do though not as good for me.
