I ordered Small and it says 38 on the jacket tag; made in Turkey and has a hand-written production number on the inside bottom care tag, where it actually mentions the S size. Actual measurements fully buttoned up (never washed) are 40" chest, 16.25" shoulder, 23.5" sleeve (shoulder to top of sleeve end), 33" waist at the very bottom, 24.125" from bottom of collar to front bottom of jacket, and 22.25" from bottom of collar to back bottom of jacket. As far as wearing, it took me a while to start wearing because, ironically, I wear neutral colors more often that not. Although, when I did, it's the kind of bright, colorful, and unique jacket you'll always get someone commenting on it. Fits me with a 35" chest perfectly; any smaller or a hot wash and it'd be uncomfortable. Care instructions say to wash cold inside outside out, dry with medium heat inside out, and hot iron if needed. Corduroy is weird but I've had luck in the past ironing inside out. Quality seems good but negatives are no hand pockets, chest pockets are tiny (won't fit a pen, big enough for car keys/gum), only one cuff button, and no liner inside. Pictures make it seem thicker/more substantial than it is as the jacket is actually thin/lightweight. Better worn at the right size with a T-shirt underneath or better to size up and wear over a hoodie for winter.

It's a nice jacket but it was reduced in price by £112 almost immediately after I purchased it... extremely annoying
