DIY CROPPED STYLE
“The waistband here is key.” Emphasize by showing it off: tuck in your shirt, throw on a crop top or turn an oversized men’s shirt into a cropped jacket by buttoning the bottom half of the shirt in the back.
THE DRAPE
Don’t be afraid to layer loose styles. Michelle started with a classic trench and threw a sweatshirt over her shoulders to add a casual pop of color.
PUT A BOW ON IT
“When I think tapered, I think office. Take it to a more casual space with a fun sweatshirt.” Michelle added extra personality by tying the sleeves up with colorful silk scarves.
