Not Leather belt

I was very upset. Just as I expected a leather belt for the money. And even on the site listed 100% leather. Now I'm not sure that you can order accessories Lewis, because there is no confidence in the quality of the purchase. :(

This belt appears to be synthetic, which did not seem in keeping with the Levi brand.

Cheap and falling apart

I bought this and have worn it twice. After the first time I wore it the belt “leather” layers started separating (see photo). I’m not sure what constitutes 100% leather, but if this is leather the grade is very low. After two wears the belt has a warped appearance (see photo). I’m really disappointed. I’ve been needing a black leather belt for some time and really thought I could trust the Levi’s brand to provide a solid belt that would last years and years. I would have rather spent a little more money to make sure what I was buying would be worth it.
