Don’t ship the wrong item if I ordered other items

Incorrect item sent to me. I ordered 2 shorts and (2) 3 packs of underwear in large size. I was sent (4) pair of 501 jeans in small size.

Sizing Paradox

Actual size versus published size is wrong. Medium fits like a small . Return policy is unacceptable. Filing a complaint with the BBB is necessary to receive a refund I deserve.
