The reason other people rated this hat poorly is the reason I love it - the shallow fit! This is a women's fit baseball cap so it's a little smaller/shallower which is what I prefer.

Ridiculous junk item for sale by Levis. This is a faulty design. And Levis know it due to several customer complaints yet chose to continue selling this item. I just wasted 46 mins chatting with webchat about wanting my money back as the design is not fit for purpose. This hat does not site well on your head. It inches off. The fixing at the back that they created is insufficient. This design is a failure which is a shame as the navy is nice along with the heart. Im not down for corporations selling me junk. Im disappointed at how hard the service agent made it on webchat. I was offered as a one time courtesy to receive a refund if i posted this item back. No issue with wasting my time to post this back but i refused to make it my “one timer” given the product is unfit for purpose. Customers…know your rights and push back when you are being gaslit by big brands trying to fob off their junk or deny you your consumer rights. Review is not allowing me to upload photos…interesting!
