good product but lack of professional services

1️⃣store staff didn't know there's sizes different in hats. she told me it's all same size standard, but i found out they are not. wasted my time to adjust the hat which i can simply find a larger one. 2️⃣staff told me about the discount but i didn't get it. i wentback to check and another staff told the 10%is for member only. ok, im not a member then pls make sure you don't tell all customers they are going to get that 10% ok，wasted me more time to do a refund and rebuy. lack of services at the check out too.

någolunda skön keps men den var sydd mycket precis i mitten mot skärmen så det gjorde lite ont att ha på sig den då det blev en hård klump mot pannan. annars skön och snygg keps
