To commemorate 501® Day, we dug deep into the Levi’s® Archives to bring back this Summer of Love icon styled for now—the collection includes a groovy Trucker Jacket, 501® Original Jeans and 501® ’90s Jeans.

I have a 23” waist and bought the size 23 shorts. I usually check size charts diligently, but somehow I missed it this time. Size 23 actually corresponds to a 24.25” waist according to the size chart. So if you have a smaller waist like me, the smallest size will be too loose. Sadly, I have to return these as there’s too much room in the waist. I wish Levi’s would do away with vanity sizing and produce actual 23s! Other than that, the shorts are well made, and the fit is as described.
