Shipping methods and costs will vary based on your order's content and destination. After choosing your preferred shipping method at checkout, your total shipping charges will be displayed before your order is completed.
We charge a flat fee of $10.99 for standard ground shipping and a flat fee of $20.99 for express ground shipping.
For Ground and Express shipping, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 12:00 p.m. noon EST or your order will not be processed until the following business day.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal and provincial holidays within Canada.

When you enter your billing address details during the checkout process, you will be given the option to enter a different delivery address in the same country.
Please note that we reserve the right to contact you for further information, if you give a different delivery address to the billing address.

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will leave a contact card with details of where to pick-up the package. If you don’t collect it within 14 days, the parcel will be sent back to the Levi’s® Returns Department.
Shipping Address Change
Please customer service immediately at 1.800.872.5384 for help with adding or removing items to your order, changing the ship to address, or changing the shipping method up to one hour after the order is placed. For Afterpay orders, items can be canceled from your order up to one hour after the order is placed; however, items cannot be added to your order and shipping method cannot be modified.

Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock, your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address.
