Consistency across decades Levi’s tweaks washes and fits, but the core 501 formula hasn’t been watered down the way some other models have.
Even as some brands shifted to lighter blends, the 501 has mostly kept that heavier, all‑cotton feel that ages slowly and predictably.

I don't like skin showing through rips so I used the sewing service behind the counter in the select stores to patch the and wow! I love them!
