Eligibility:
Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member Days Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Canada excluding residents of Québec who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry and are members of the Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member Program at the time of entry. Employees of Levi Strauss & Co. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child, whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) and persons residing in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.
Agreement to Official Rules; Entrants Will Be Disqualified for Violations:
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, and municipal laws and regulations in Canada and is void in Quebec and where prohibited by law. Sponsor’s decisions with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes are final and binding, subject to applicable law. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Official Rules. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions contained in these Official Rules and any Sweepstakes-related materials, including advertising or promotional materials, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.
Entrants may not attempt to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by any means, including, but not limited to, using multiple email addresses, identities, registrations, or accounts, or by using any automated system, bot, script, macro, or other programmed or artificial intelligence-assisted method to submit entries. Any entrant who attempts to exceed the entry limits or otherwise interfere with the proper administration of the Sweepstakes may, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified, and all associated entries may be declared void.
Entrants may not tamper with the entry process, the Sweepstakes website, or any related website, computer system, or network; circumvent any security measures; act in a disruptive, fraudulent, or unsportsmanlike manner; or engage in any conduct that, in the Sponsor’s opinion, compromises the integrity, security, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes or violates these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any individual found to be engaging in such conduct. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Timing:
The Sweepstakes begins on August 7, 2026, at 3:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 11, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter:
You must be enrolled in the Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member Program (“Program”) to participate in the Sweepstakes. If you are not already enrolled, you may register for a Program membership free of charge by creating a Red Tab™ account (“Account”) at [URL], you may create one for free. Registration for and participation in the Program are subject to the Program’s Terms and Conditions.
During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes.
Method 1 - Enter via the Levi’s® App:
Open the Levi’s® app on your mobile device (available on Google Play and the App Store). Sign in to your Account within the Levi’s® app, locate and click on the discover card advertising this Sweepstakes , and click on the “Enter Now” button. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Standard data charges from your wireless carrier of your mobile device may apply.
Method 2 - Enter via the Promotion Website:
Visit the Promotion Site and follow the links and instructions to accurately complete and submit the registration form, including providing your full name and the email address associated with your Account. By completing these steps, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entry Limits:
You may receive 1 entry per calendar day during the Promotion Period using any combination of the entry methods for a total of 7 entries. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Sponsor will rely on the information submitted by the entrant to register for Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member Program. If any additional information provided by entrant is inconsistent with the information provided at the time of enrollment into Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member Program, the Sponsor may disqualify such entrant and such disqualification may result in the forfeiture of any prizes won. Sponsor, in its discretion, may require additional documentation from entrant to show proof of entrant’s identity.
Prize Drawing and Winner Requirements:
Sponsor will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around June 23, 2026 and will notify potential winners by email. The Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in their state of residence) will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver and where not prohibited a Publicity Release ("Declaration") and an IRS Form W-9 which must be received by Sponsor within 5 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. All other potential winners will be required to provide their name, home mailing address (P.O. Boxes not permitted) and date of birth to confirm eligibility and for purposes of prize fulfillment within 5 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner of anyprize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Declaration, the IRS Form W-9, or provide any other requested information within the required time period, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits a prize, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only 3 alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
Prizes:
Quantity, Description and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
The Grand Prize and Runner-up Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize or the Runner-up Prizes, or any portion thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize, or any portion thereof, becomes unavailable for any reason.
Total ARV:
The total approximate retail value ARV of all available prizes offered in the Sweepstakes is $CAD 8,000.
Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Additional Prize Terms:
Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any costs or expenses associated with acceptance, use, or redemption of the prize that are not expressly included in these Official Rules. The approximate retail values ("ARVs") of the prizes are determined as of the date these Official Rules are published, and the actual value of a prize may vary. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize at the time it is awarded. All other costs and expenses associated with accepting or redeeming a prize that are not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately eight (8) to ten (10) weeks after all winners have been confirmed. The Sponsor will contact the Grand Prize and Runner-up Prize winners to coordinate prize fulfillment, where applicable. Limit of one (1) prize per person. An individual may win only one (1) prize in connection with this Sweepstake. If a potential winner is selected for more than one (1) prize, such individual will be awarded only the prize of highest approximate retail value, and an alternate winner may be selected for the remaining prize(s), in accordance with these Rules.
Release:
By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse or redemption of a prize (including any injury or harm related thereto).
Publicity:
Except where prohibited by law, and for the purposes described in these Official Rules, acceptance of a prize in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to the Sponsor and its authorized representatives using the winner’s name, city and province/territory of residence, photograph, likeness, social media handle, submitted content, voice, statements, opinions, and/or prize information (as provided during the entry or winner confirmation process) for promotional, advertising, publicity, and other legitimate business purposes in any media or format now known or later developed, without further notice, approval, payment, or other compensation.
The Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or content but may do so at its sole discretion and may edit, modify, or adapt such materials without further obligation or compensation to the selected winner. The Sponsor will use any personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
General Conditions:
Sponsor’s Right to Modify or Cancel:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), where any of the following “Issues” occur:
Where one or more of the above Issues occurs, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to award all remaining Sweepstakes prizes by conducting a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of the Issue; and/or modify the prizes offered.
Sponsor’s Right to Limit Prizes Awarded to the Number Stated in these Official Rules:
In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules. In the event that more winner notifications are distributed or more prizes are claimed, due to a printing, production, seeding, computer, or other error of any kind, than the stated number of prizes, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes based on the winner selection process described in these Rules, or if necessary, through a random drawing from among those entrants who were notified, confirmed to be eligible and where applicable, took the required action(s) to claim the prize.
Limitations of the Scope of Responsibility:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties are not responsible for:
Disputes:
Subject to applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Contest or these Official Rules shall be resolved in accordance with Section 8 (DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION AGREEMENT) of the Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member Program Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights that entrants may have under applicable law.
Severability:
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Official Rules and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision is determined to be overly broad, it will be limited, construed and enforced to the extent allowed by applicable law.
