I really wanted to love these shorts, and I was so excited for them! The material quality was fantastic, and the denim had a soft feel that would’ve made wear comfortable for a full day. The buttons didn’t seem to have a lot of stretch which is good for not giving a loose “mom pouch” appearance by the end of the day. Unfortunately, the sizing ran extremely small. I run between 2 sizes normally, so I went with my larger size. That wouldn’t even button. I’m not sure if that’s the norm for this brand, but I will remember in the future to size up.

I really wanted to like these, however, they do not fit me that well. The waistband fits really nicely and I like the high rise but I run into an issue in the leg part. There isn’t any stretch in these so my thighs spill out. If you have thighs like mine, look for a different pair of shorts.

Its a very nice short however the sizes are very small I should fit on a 25 but actually is very thigh in the legs. Get 1 or 2 number up for shinny girl with a butt

I have mixed reviews on these shorts. I think they’re super cute, but the fit is so off. I had to go up two sizes than what I am normally, and the shorts itself are not flattering on me. You can’t really tell in the photo but there’s extra room in the leg areas that make me look wider than I am. They’re not very stretchy either. I feel they hug the wrong areas for being high waisted shorts. I’m also not a huge fan of the full button style. I wanted to love these so bad, they’re my first pair of Levi’s, but I just don’t. I will stick with American Eagle shorts.

I absolutely love the look, and material of these shorts as well as the deep front pockets and the button up instead of a zipper. However the one thing that I don’t like is that they ride up the crack of my butt.

If you have a wider waist and narrower hips, these look and fit like a diaper. There is just way too much material through the pockets and crotch. I'm 5'8 135 lbs with a 27.5" waist and 36.5" hips, athletic build, and the 28s fit around the waist loosely but the rest of the short is enormous. Ordering 27s to see if they'll work without giving me a muffin top. I miss the old 501s with 3 buttons instead of 4, I have a pair from 2017 that are so superior to these. Oh well.

OK, these are alright? Since they're cut off style, one leg was AN INCH shorter than the other, and that was before washing. There's no way to stop the fraying, so it unraveled more in wash. The front has extra material, that my lower stomach doesn't fill? So there's this weird puffing up of loose fabric even though the waist fits fine.

I beg of you Levi’s to stop telling people that your sizes are true to size. I’m not a delusional close buyer and I went up two sizes for these just in case cause I had heard the rumors and I can’t even fit them over my thigh. I’m usually a 26, order the 29 and now exchanging for a 31. Luckily I’m secure in my skin just more annoyed that I have to do all these exchanges but this is terrible for some people‘s mental health. Make your size is accessible!! it feels like Levi’s are made for 12-year-olds

Worst thing I've gotten from Levi's really shows the lack of care and how bad the quality has gotten the metallic is poorly done and pilling off in parts

Levi’s is a mess. Ordered three times and either received the wrong order or missing items. Customer service is like talking to a rock

be warned! I bought the shorts in Hit the Road BB - Black and No Referee Short - Medium Wash (black) and No Referee Short - Medium Wash (blue), in both size 25 and 26. Bought them because I own and like very much a pair of 56327-0080 in this same range which I bought 3 or so years ago. However these new shorts turned out to be a huge disappointment. I cant return as I got them shipped to my 3rd party international shipper as I reside outside of USA. This in size 26 fits me perfectly. The new black pair was so stretchy and big till too big for me. size 25 fits instead. However, it is so stretchy that it became loose after I was out for some 6 hours. It only fitted nicely for the first 2 hours and I only window shopping and lunch. it also started to ride up in the last 2 hours I have to keep pulling it down each time after I got up from sitting. As it loosened, the crotch area also bulged and made it looked me like I have a protruding tummy! This new pair is totally different from my old 56327-0080 despite both are 99% Cotton, 1% Elastane. I didnt even know that my 56327-0080 is not 100% Cotton till I go check the label after my experience with the new pair. I had always thought it was 100% cotton as I have never felt any stretch during the past 3 years.! So going forward, I would only wear this new pair size 25 when I will be out for no more than 4 hours with minimal sitting such as grocery runs. The new blue pair is just atad less stretchy than the black. havent worn it yet but I dont have high expectations for it now. Sad to see that the quality has so deteriorated. I hope Levis would really work on not just improving the quality, but also updating its products. Levis also should really look into having zip fly for these shorts and the icon skirt. Why keep clinging on to the old days? Please move on and embrace the new, the future.

I bought this product through aritzia and initially was pleased with it. But after washing it only once, the fraying on the bottom went crazy. I no longer like this product, and don’t think that it was worth the money. However, some of the other shorts that are different colours that held up.

They sent me the wrong item, I ordered shorts and they sent me a men’s shirt. I am very displeased and will never order from here again.
