This item might receive a 4- or 5-star review, but I cannot recommend it after my experience with Levi’s customer service. I accidentally placed a double order (my bad, the order confirmation went to spam) and realized too late to cancel the second order. No problem, I thought, Levi’s allows returns… big mistake! They allowed my return, but did some tricky thing where they sent me a gift card instead of crediting the order my original payment—essentially they decided they wanted to keep my money. I called customer service BUT (1) I could barely hear the first guy due to poor tech, then called back and had tech issues with the second guy that he was able to fix, and (2) after 30 min on the phone, he said he couldn’t do anything to fix my issue and credit my card, and finally (3) he wasn’t able to pass me off to someone who could help, but his manager will supposedly call me back in 2-3 business days. Probably at an inconvenient time when I can’t talk and only to tell me they can’t help. Good job Levi’s, you successfully stole my money. I cannot recommend shopping with this company, even if I can recommend the item. Best to find it somewhere else, like Macy’s, where the customer service is not a scam.
