These are a looser fit, could possibly even go down a size if you want a super snug hold you in feel. I originally ordered a 26 & they could have worked for that baggy denim look that is in right now. But the waist was gapping pretty bad. 25 fit perfect while still being very comfortable, could have done a 24 if I wanted them to really hold me in.

These are the traditional 501 style & fabric. I love the dark/rust brown color. They fit just like the regular blue 501's. I am 5'6", 140, and I got the 29 x 32 & they fit perfect. I had gotten the 501 shorts in this color & I really liked them so I got the full-length jeans. I like the regular, fitted straight leg style of the 501s. These are classic & never go out of style.

Much as I appreciate a bit of comfy stretch in my jeans, I’ve recently rekindled my relationship with all cotton denim. There’s something about the heft of all cotton, how it drapes. As a petite gal, I wish this came in a mid rise, the higher waist is a bit much for my frame. Still wear them my own way, little looser since there’s no give in the fabric. This design is nostalgic and timeless.
