Definitely a quality garment. Wish I had got one size larger, would prefer to use this shirt as a light outer garment for mildly cool weather.

It's a well-constructed, true-to-size shirt & the material is soft and feels pretty sturdy. However, I have notes, and they're all in the details you'd only notice while wearing the dang thing all day. First, immediately on putting it on for the first time: I wish the buttons weren't the way that they are (really thin, but with a thicker part surrounding the shank; the combination of this + them being normal shirt-button size makes them REALLY HARD TO GRAB and use, because the thicker part towards the center makes your fingers slip off them constantly, and the outer part is so thin that they're really uncomfortable to exert any meaningful amount of pressure on from the edge). This sucks big-time on the cuffs in particular, where I'm doing everything one-handed (and like a million times a day). I seriously might have to cut these off and replace them. Also, it's 2026, so why does the color run in the wash, man? Come on. I buy a dark red shirt and now I have to think about washing my dark shirts separately from my light-colored stuff like it's the 1960s or something? I don't even have anything else to say about this one; I feel like we as a society have colorfast dyes SOLVED as of, like, a while ago. Please keep up. Finally, and most bafflingly of all, what is with the front left breast pocket being subdivided into three smaller pockets, two of which are barely wide enough to put a mechanical pencil in? At least do that on the right side where I don't have to think about how pointless and inconvenient it is. The third section, which is about half the size of the pocket itself, is juuust small enough that fishing small items out of it is slightly difficult because it's tough to fit two fingers all the way down to the bottom of the space, and my hands are VERY average-sized. Where are we expecting me to put stuff like lip balm in this situation, exactly? Again, I am tempted to bust out the seam ripper, and at that point, what are we even doing here? Don't I pay clothing manufacturers to think about this stuff FOR me? Overall, it's a NICE shirt, but it has WAY too many elements going on that make me stop and think about how impractical they are for everyday wear. I wouldn't call this "average"; I'd call it "all over the place", if I had to boil it down.
