Runs very very big

The jacket is amazing but the sizing is way big. I ordered the XL based on the size chart but what I received measure to be 30” pit to pit. That’s a size 60. More like a triple extra large. And now large is not in stock so I won’t get to enjoy this piece at all.

Does 'relaxed fit' really mean 'just too big'?

Candle wax: Yes, the buttons are black and not as shown in the pictures. Yes it is a very relaxed fit.
I have multiple Levi trucker jackets, every one a size L and a nice comfortable fit. The L ordered here was like wearing a bell tent. I then ordered an M and even that is rather too roomy across the shoulders and chest.
Looks interesting. How well the finish will last remains to be seen. More novelty than substance I fear. I am trusting that the wax finish is not flammable.

Nice quality jacket but the buttons are wrong. Round and black instead of square and silver. Disappointed

Great jacket but different buttons

That jacket was love at first sight to me, but when I received it, I was a bit let down by the buttons that weren’t those squarish silver one as shown in the pictures, but black round snap buttons. The jacket in itself is still very great, and the quality is over the top, but these buttons were a big let down for me
