Poor customer service

2 months ago
Very poor experience. Didn't receive the product for several days and no notification other than expect delay. Days later I checked status on line and still no update. Called customer contact and after several minutes conversation and rep still couldn't provide details she hung up on me. I called a second time and rep told me "they couldn't find my jeans in the warehouse". When asked what would happen I was told she could cancel my order or I could wait. After several more days I received an remain stating my order was being cancelled. No product ever received.
