These are 10/10 for big thigh girlies! I am 145lbs, 5’2 and usually a 4/6 and the 28 fit perfectly with the waist cinch. LOVED these. They have buttons in the back by the belt loops where you can cinch them for a better fit on your waist. I have a smaller waist and my bottoms always flare in the back and it gets annoying. I don’t love the long look so I cuffed them and it was so adorable that way! Wore the light wash with a white cotton t-shirt (also from Target) and a belt for the 4th of July and it was the perfect fit.
