Just read a review from a customer who through a mistake, received the wrong order. This should be attended to immediately and its bad for business

Getting someone else’s order

a month ago

Because I got someone else’s order (and returned it), I cannot get my due refund. You can’t reach a warm body/customer service associate via phone or virtual agent. So disappointed in Levi’s. Will never buy from them again.
