Never received the jeans, i bought them in black and thought they fit great so wanted to get another colour. I bought these jeans 3 times for the orders to sit on processing for 5 days to then be cancelled. When contacting customer service i was getting mixed answers like some of them didnt know how to do there job or didnt want to help. As some were saying the item was out of stock and couldnt do anything and other's saying it is out of stock in the warehouse but available in a store so it would be getting sent from a store, just for the store then to cancel my order 3 times and give no reason as to why my order was cancelled. When asked if they could find out the store where it was coming from, they said they couldnt see what store and that it was probably out of stock there, but whenever my order gets canclled the website then shows that my size is back in stock so i dont understand how they arent available as this has been going on for a month. So clearly the store hasnt been updating there stock levels or they dont want to ship the jeans from there store. I Also cant even contact customer services on weekends as its only available monday to Friday so you have to wait until then to speak to a human or call into a store to speak to someone but isnt really helpful because they cant help with customer service being closed which isnt there problem as im making an online order and they can only do so much. Poor system for such a big company.
