Do not belt a belt from Levis !

I purchased this belt and it was slightly big for me . I went to a Levi’s store in Vancouver and asked them if they could put extra holes on my belt . They Said no
Levis cannot put an extra hole on a belt you purchased. This is ridiculous
And I am sure they have the equipment for that in the store.
