Levi's® XX Chino—don't call them khakis. These XX Chino Standard Taper Pants are softer, with just the right amount of stretch. Slightly roomier than our Slim Taper, they have a little more give but look just as clean and contemporary.

Misleading Website/Bad Customer Service

I googled XX Chino Levis and the first link was for Mens XX Chino Standard taper pants. The first pair was a black color option, I added the green and gray to my cart then checked out, not realizing that they have standard AND slim taper in the same web page. When I got the confirmation email I tried to cancel the order but was told I couldn't because it had been more than an hour since my order was submitted. I tried several times to cancel and they told me to just return them when they arrive even though they were marked "final sale", which i stressed to the representative. I messaged again when they arrived and were told they couldn't do anything for me. Shame on me for not noticing but shame on Levis for not fixing this, and they need to fix their webpage.

TERRIBLE Quality Control

AWFUL quality control. I got a pair of these pants in size 30 and they fit incredibly well. My favourite pants and so comfortable. So I decide to get a second pair in a different colour in the same size. The new ones fit like a garbage bag. They might say 30” but there’s no way they’re less than a 34”-36”. How are you supposed to order clothing when the sizing is so awful and inaccurate? My excitement was quickly turned to disappointment and a waste of my $100. I’d try to get a mother pair but there’s no way I’m rolling the dice again and hoping Levi’s measuring tape works out. 1 star only because I like the first pair so much.
