Very comfortable, not thick or thin denim. Not stiff at all. Soft denim .Their is some stretch to pants that make it easy to move up or down.

Nothing better than a good pair of jeans. My husband has always struggled finding the right fit, but the athletic taper are perfect! He has a bigger butt and these are great! He can drop down into a squat with no issues and do some pool maintenance. I personally really like the color being lighter. I would definitely buy again in other colors.
