Very easy process to order jeans from the Levi website

Obviously the gold standard in jeans. I wanted to add a review because I do think the sizing can be less consistent than some other reviews make it seem. For example, I ordered two pairs of 511s, both 32x30, different styles. One fit perfectly (511™ Slim Fit Authentic Soft Men's Jeans / Color: Somewhere Beyond) and the other was too tight (511™ Slim Fit Utility Men's Jeans / Color: Black Canvas). Then in the store I tried on two pairs of 501s, one 33x30 (501® LEVI'S®ORIGINAL CHANGE YOUR MIND) and one 32x30, again different styles. (Apologies, I didn't write down the style of the pair I didn't end up buying — if helpful, they were kind of shiny, like they had a waxed finish/coating). They both fit almost exactly the same. I ended up going with the 33x30 because I liked the style better. Anyway, this is not a complaint but more just a fair warning for others re fit.

My husband normally insists on wearing oversized jeans, so for years his backside has been a Schrödinger’s Cat situation — theoretically there, but unconfirmed due to excess fabric. The 501® Original Fit Thermodapt jeans settled the question. (Turns out: It’s alive and well.) Best of all, he says they're comfortable so he actually WEARS them. Which means even if we'd had to pay the full $108 retail price, I'd do it again. (I mean, look how happy the flowers in the background are.)
