Quality of jeans never in question as have been a loyal customer for many years. The online service is A1 including returns process which is quick and efficient including the refund.

I love these jeans and I will buy them for the rest of my life if Levi's keeps making them. I'd love to own a pair in several different colors but I'm very tall so my size is not available or sold out. Levi's: Please make more tall people sizes (36L). I straight up don't want to wear other jeans anymore. I wish the front pocket opening was a little bigger (maybe this is because, as a tall person, I have big hands), and I think they run a little small, but those are really minor complaints.
