Diese Jeans sind wirklich nicht schlecht. Sie sehen ziemlich gut aus, sitzen gut und sind bequem. Aber bei Zalando gibt es Jeans, die viel günstiger sind als diese. Für diejenigen, die Levi’s lieben, sind diese Jeans jedoch einfach top!

Color does not match pictures at all. They are grey faded green, not tan like pictured. Otherwise, I love this fit and style of jean. And I don’t mind the color necessarily.

El pantalón está genial, por calidad y forma, pero en la descripción de Zalando en sus características dice que es 100% algodón, cosa que no es así y se puede comprobar en la página del fabricante (82% algodón, 18% lino), y eso es algo que evidentemente se nota al llevar y tocar la prenda.

Los pantalones son muy chulos salvo que la talla, en este caso, no es la que habitualmente me encaje. Suelo usar un 31 -32 pero este modelo talla más justa/ pequeña. Pedí una talla más grande 32-32 y me queda perfecto. Recomiendo subir al menos una talla para este modelo de levis color índigo (de pana).

J’ai choisi la mesure 34+34 car c’est ma mesure sur les jeans Levi’s que je porte. En réalité le pantalon était trop serré sur la taille. J’ai dû l’amener chez un retoucheur qui a fait « bouger » le bouton à la limite extrême pour gagner 1 cm en largeur. Résultat, je peux porter le pantalon mais sans le bouton métallique original car il a été détruit, le trou ancien a été cousu mais ça ce voit et ça m’a coûté 30€ de plus… pour ne pas dire que je ne pourrais pas le revendre un jour en raison de ces anomalies.

Break after 1 year

I bought these jeans just over a year ago, wearing them a fair amount but not an insane amount. I noticed the crotch area had worn out and there was a hole, so brought them into Levi’s, who said it was ‘normal wear and tear’ and couldn’t offer me any help, aside from a £30 temporary fix. For a pair of jeans approaching £100, 1 year is a shocking amount of time until they break. Very disappointed with Levi’s and how they treat customers.

Commande incomplète et perte de temps inutile

J’ai passé une commande sur le site de Levi’s, pensant recevoir l’ensemble des articles choisis. Quelques jours plus tard, je reçois un e-mail m’informant qu’une partie de ma commande (le jean en question) est annulée pour cause de rupture de stock.
Résultat : il est maintenant trop tard pour annuler le reste de la commande faite essentiellement pour pouvoir bénéficier de la livraison offerte. Je vais donc devoir la renvoyer moi-même, ce qui représente une perte de temps que j’aurais préférée éviter.
Je trouve cette gestion vraiment décevante pour une marque de cette envergure : aucune anticipation, aucune proposition de solution, et aucune communication claire. Ce genre d’expérience ne donne pas envie de recommander.

Received the Wrong Items

I ordered these in every colorway and received someone else’s order of a flannel and skinny jeans. Due to their being on final sale, I was unable to use the online return forms. When I called customer service on the phone, they merely referred me back to the same online forms that still wouldn’t work with the link they gave me. So; I drove an hour out to my nearest Levi’s outlet where the kindest store manager spoke to customer service on the phone and had them send me a shipping label, which I just used to mail back the incorrect items at my local FedEx branch. Between shopping, calling customer service, going to the retail location, and mailing the items back; I have spent about 5 hours of personal time working to get a refund in addition to the weeks waiting for these items. I am disappointed I was not offered any additional compensation for my efforts and am also being told I will probably have to wait a couple more weeks to have my money credited back. This is particularly disappointing because I am a lifelong customer. I still love the products being made and the service at retail locations. Customer service via internet and phone leave very much to be desired. I have only made a couple online orders that went fine. This order was a massive inconvenience.
