How am I supposed to review the product when I received the wrong item? The customer service has been terrible—I’m being told to take it to the post office or bring it to the store. It makes no sense to shop online if you’re going to mess up my order.

Sent wrong item twice

These pants seemed to be nice, but Levi's got wrong handling inventory. We got the wrong product for our 7 y/o daughter two times.
