Very good quality. Has a zipper unlike the more expensive totes. It doesn't have the sleek sewn edges up the sides but the price is just right. I like how the logo is embroidered and not printed. The strap is comfortable and is heavy duty. The review about it picking up blue jean dyes doesn't seem fair. O_ _ N_ _ _ jeans have stained my legs all blue (think Smurf) and stained my shiny stain guarded beige leather bag blue. Blame the jeans not the bag. I wear Khakis while using this tote. I don't put it on the floor or dirty surfaces.
