Vibrant , Cute but looks very Worn out the box

I like the Jacket I'm just not happy that what was sent looks like it had been worn and washed several times. this must've been a returned item which is fine but is was visibly pilling already!! unworn by me! why send this out to a valued customer? Also not sure I'd recommend as its already pilling on the inside
