Made in 1969 to fit over boots, our 517™ Bootcut jeans have been tried and true for generations. Cut to sit at the waist, this fit is slim through the thigh and finished with an authentic bootcut leg. They're durable, comfortable and have always looked good.

Beautiful Blue Jeans

I bought these jeans over 2 months ago as a birthday gift to myself, and I am just a happy and satisfied with them now as I was with them then. These jeans have the best wash out of all the pairs I’ve owned, they fit nicely and have that awesome subtle bootcut flare that gives you that nice fashionable silhouette.
It also goes without saying considering these are Levi’s that these jeans are super durable and wear in really nicely.
Only critique I have is that I wish they made these in multiple lengths as these were a tad too long for me but it wasn’t much of a bother as I adjusted them down to a L30.
PS Levi’s, bring back the 527s!!

I been wearing 517bootcut since 1974 I consider my jeans they fit right every pair but it was a surprise to find a sewn in crease down the legs. It wasn't mentioned at all in the description

Purchased 4 new pair of jeans and love the fit and styles. I liked jeans so much that I ordered two more pairs of Boot Cut Jeans. My second order was shipped to the wrong address, and I tried to get the shipper and Levi's to correct the address, but they would not help to get address changed. They are stuck in a Post Office 250 miles from me. I have a good friend that lives in that area and he went to the Post Office, and they would not let him pickup for me. Don't know what to do now.

Better in the flesh

When I first saw these on the Levi website I was a little hesitant about the colour as they looked a little washed out, and I was not sure about the distressed look. I have now purchased these jeans and they look superb in (on) the flesh. The fit is excellent. The colour is not so washed out and the distressed design just adds another dimension to how I can combine my clothes. Very pleased customer :-)

Tough As Boots - Dark Wash

This might be the sexiest 517 wash thus far. It's a dark wash but not too dark with just enough fades and contrast in all the right areas to really make your legs and butt look good in this sort of worn hard warmish color. This truly stands out amongst the other washes. It's so good I'm contemplating getting a second pair as a backup!

These Jeans are nice! The fit is on point and the double stitch Center pin tuck is a nice detail. These have no stretch so from me I had to go up a size for them to fit comfortably.

Tried the 31 cause 30 is too tight and 32 is too big. 31 seemed a little more snug than he likes but he loves them. He appreciates that they are real jeans and not do not have a stretch quality like most jeans these days. They feel very durable and seem like they will last a long time.

These are my husbands favorite pairs of jeans now. He loves Levi brand as it is, but he said this was the comfiest pair he owned. The fit in the waist and length is perfect in size, the color matches everything, and the fabric is thick and durable, and we know they will hold up between washes and wear! He wears a 32x34 and these were the perfect size for him and he looks great wearing them!
