This is a real shame because it looks great, feels great and is well made, except that a design fault means the clasp doesn’t close tightly enough and leaves the hat potentially viable to working loose. If I hadn’t picked this up in the sale, utilised some saved points and received free P&P because of my Red membership, I would have sent it back, but given it cost me £1.25 in total, I can’t complain!

CAP the R is missing.

It's a small blue cap. Very nice. Smart. Unusual. Well made. I received an email saying it was on its way. No email to say it had arrived so several days later I had to call customer service. All the usual frequently asked questions. Answers that did not help. When I did speak to a person, I was told it was at the shop to collect and had been for several days. A big load of c**p for a small blue cap.
